Description

The rediscovery of ancient grains is an Antico Molino Rosso trump card. We propose a new line of organic flours derived from the milling of Ancient Grains.

The union, since sowing, of 7 varieties of which 6 are ancient, has given birth to Aurora (whose name is synonymous with Origin). This flour is the flagship of Antico Molino Rosso’s experimental field project, which has been growing 8 varieties of ancient grains every year in rotation for 8 years. The diversified contribution of the various grains encapsulates each variety’s own characteristics, such as strength, taste and excellent protein supply.

Semi-wholemeal multi-variety soft wheat flour

Recommended for:
For bread, cakes, biscuits and pizza, if mixed with other wheat flours.
