It has a special aroma and fragrance thanks to the stone-ground grains, so complete with the germ oil and all the nutrients and aromatic substances. Perfect for a light and very tasty bread complete with all the valuable substances for our body.

Type 0 soft wheat flour, wholemeal soft wheat flour, wholemeal spelt flour, wholemeal rye flour, wholemeal barley flour, wholemeal oats flour
Recommended for:
Crackers, breadsticks, oil-based bread or with milk. Dough leavened with dried sourdough yeast. Bread with the classic artisanal process, but also to be used with modern bread machines. Also good for biscuits and pies.
