Description

Flour made from organically grown rye, grown in areas of South Tyrol. Cereal with a strong and distinctive flavor. Thanks to stone milling, the flour contains wheat germ oil and all the vitamins naturally present in rye.

Suitable for the production of bread, biscuits, pasta, breadsticks and other baked goods when mixed with 10% oats and 90% soft wheat flours
