Description
Flour made from organically grown rye, grown in areas of South Tyrol. Cereal with a strong and distinctive flavor. Thanks to stone milling, the flour contains wheat germ oil and all the vitamins naturally present in rye.

Wholemeal rye flour
Recommended for:
Pasta, bread loaves, bread decorated or stuffed with sunflower seeds, flax, sesame, poppy and cumin. For best results, 50% mixture with type 0 soft wheat flour.
