Set somewhere between history and innovation, we pursue the authenticity and very essence of organic, stone-ground flours with great passion. The baker’s academy, the biodiversity garden and the experimental field are our three starting points for research and development.
We only buy our wheat from dedicated organic Italian agricultural companies that are part of certified organic chains. We form a network with the companies and have our technicians control the crops directly, analysing each batch of cereals in order to guarantee you complete safety. It all started out with our experimental field, then the birth of Crescent, the Bionet project of the Stefani Bentegodi Institute and, in December 2020, the official opening of the Consemi seed bank.
At Antico Molino Rosso, research and development is an important part of the company. People, means and financial resources are dedicated to technological innovation and study to improve our products and create new ones.
Our organic is safe, constantly monitored by internal and external controls, with ISO 14001 quality certifications and others, to monitor the processes, products, HACCP, quality of soil and water.
