We used our Toasted sicilian whole shelled hazelnuts Spigabuona, certified organic farming ITALY.

INGREDIENTS
- 140 g Toasted sicilian whole shelled hazelnuts Spigabuona
- 70 g pitted dates
- 50 g Organic whole almonds flour Spigabuona
- 40 g cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder (plus more for rolling)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoon creamy hazelnuts butter (or other nut or seed butter)
- pistachio nibs
PROCEDURE
Add hazelnuts the food processor and pulse into a meal. Add the dates and continue to blend until you obtain a sort of moist compost.
Add the cacao, the Almond flour, the hazelnut cream and mix. Scoop out rounded (about 25-30) androll in pistachio grain
Store them in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 1 month.
