Biodiversity has taken our company to a leading position in Italy, on ancient cereals, thanks to the experimental land, where for 11 years now, we have been growing from 6 to 8 ancient monovarieties and for 4 years, 5 types of multivarieties.
It is from this philosophy, therefore, that a project has been conceived for increasing appreciation of an ancient, abandoned world yet one that is simply bursting with contents to be rediscovered.
The Rosso Passione line represents the world’s most famous and popular food: pizza. And there is no need to remind you that red is the colour that represents passion more than any other.
This category includes durum wheat flours, soft wheat flours, rye flour, oat flour, barley flour and spelt flour, all from organically-farmed wheat.
STONE-GROUND SEMI-WHOLEMEAL ORGANIC MIX
The Antico Molino Rosso Spigabuona line is dedicated entirely to organic gluten-free.
We produce flours that are naturally gluten-free, such as chickpea flour and blends specifically designed for coeliac sufferers and the gluten intolerant in a specific plant, to help them make their own gluten-free bread, pasta, pizza and cakes and biscuits.
