The union, from the sowing, of 7 ancient varieties, gave birth to Aurora, (whose name is synonymous with Origin).
This flour is the flagship of the project of the experimental field of Antico Molino Rosso, which for 8 years, in rotation, grows 8 varieties of ancient cereals every year.
The diversified contribution of the various grains contains the characteristics of each variety, such as strength, taste and an excellent protein supply. Suitable for bread, pizza in baking pan, short pastry and baked desserts.
