Ancient organic cereals

Biodiversity has taken our company to a leading position in Italy, on ancient cereals, thanks to the experimental land situated around the company. Since 2007, we have been growing different plots of land of ancient cereals that will be the subject of subsequent research and development

Organic flours from ancient cereals

Hence the creation of national projects like “Consemi”, the seed bank of which Antico Molino Rosso is a founding member, which opened on 14 December 2020, witnessed by regional institutions.

And more: “Crescent”, established in 2011 from the collaboration between the N. Strampelli agricultural experimentation and genetics institute and the Veneto Short Chain of Ancient Cereals Association, of which Antico Molino Rosso is a partner and active part.
