Description
Whole barley from organic farming, is stripped of only the outer glumes and is naturally rich in vital properties. Among the properties of barley are its high nutritional power and high digestibility, effective decalcifying action due to the richness of calcium and phosphorus in a balanced ratio, naturally stone-milled retains its characteristics. Thanks to stone milling, wheat germ oil and all the vitamins naturally present in Barley are present in the flour.

Recommended for:
Bread, crackers, biscuits, breadsticks and biscuits. For best results, mix with 50% soft wheat flour.
