- 500g Mix for organic pizza
- 300g water
- 10g of salt
- 10g oil
How to make pizza in baking pan
- Put the flour in a bowl, add the water and work for a few minutes, obtaining a raw mixture and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
- Finish the dough by adding salt and finally oil, until the ingredients are completely absorbed.
- Let the dough rise in an oiled container, until it doubles (about 2-3
hours), covered with plastic wrap. - Then roll out the dough in a previously oiled pan or covered with baking paper and pierce the surface with the help of a fork.
- Sprinkle with tomato and let rise until further doubling
(about 2 hours). - Preheat the baking pan to 250 degrees for about 4-5 minutes. Fill as desired and finish cooking for another 5-8 minutes.
