Antico Molino Rosso stone-ground Aida blend was born from the awareness of of introducing a product with two peculiarities: it can be processed like a white flour and it has the nutritional values similar to wholegrain flours.


Ingredients:
Type 1 semi-wholemeal soft wheat flour and dried wheat sourdough (dried sourdough – dry yeast)

Recommended for:
Excellent for classic round pizza and “pizza in teglia” style
