Description

The stone-ground Aida blend was born out of an awareness of the importance of introducing to tables a product with two peculiarities: that it is as workable as a white flour and that it has the nutritional benefits similar to whole-grain flour

Ingredients:
Semi-whole wheat type 1 flour, dried wheat sourdough (dried sourdough – dried yeast) and barley malt flour.
Produced from Italian soft wheat.

Recommended for:
Bread loaves and all kinds of bread (excluding baguette)
