Description
Dried wheat sourdough yeast from organic farming in powder form. Sourdough yeast is obtained through a 50-day fermentation before being dried and packaged. Freeze-dried dried sourdough starter, contains a very small percentage of dry yeast, which serves as a starter, to get it started. The result, in leavening, will be a lactic (mother) type fermentation for the majority of the microorganisms, and a small percentage of them, acetic type.
