Organic barley malt powder. Barley malt is a bread-making improver rich in complex sugars and enzymes that promote leavening activity while reducing problems associated with the colder months. It makes the surface of bread golden and crisp, also improves taste and makes pizzas and breads more flavorful.

We recommend 15g for every 1kg of flour. Suitable for all types of bread loaves (small, medium and large). It can also be used with the bread machine. We recommend 1-1.5% for round pizza / pizza by the slice.
