Description
We bring to your table an everyday biscuit, with a typical shape, crumbly and delicious. Healthy because it is made with organic ingredients such as butter (and not margarine), produced with flour from our bio-dedicated mill. A typical biscuit, but transformed into a crumbly biscuit, filled with Sicilian almonds and butter of the highest quality.

Stone-ground spelt type 1 flour, eggs, butter, almonds, almond essential oil, brown sugar and salt
Suggestions for use:
Can be enjoyed either as an everyday biscuit or soaked in wine or coffee. Also excellent served in bowls with Chantilly cream or custard
