We present you the recipe of PROTEIN PIZZA, rich in fibre, great tasting and very easy to prepare.
We used our Organic Protein Pizza Flour, a semiwholemeal organic mix with a high protein content, with type 1 wheat flour, linseed flour, soya flour and red lentil flour.

INGREDIENTS:
- 350 gr of Organic Energy Protein Pizza
- 280 ml of water
- 8 gr of salt
- 8 ml EVO oil
(Dough for 4 persons,the yeast is already present)
PROCEDURE:
In a container, combine the Protein Pizza Mix with the yeast powder and add 280 g water. Mix with a spoon until a rough dough is obtained, then add the salt and then the EVO oil.
Knead for 4 to 5 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Place the dough in a single large baking tin for four people or divide it into four separate baking tins; let the dough rise for about 3-4 hours (at 26/28°), spread the tomato puree over the entire surface, bake in the oven at 220° for about 12 minutes; remove the tin from the oven.
Stuff with mozzarella and other ingredients as desired and finish baking for 4/5 minutes.
