Description
This organic flour comes from Italian soft grains and is stone milled to preserve the nutrients contained in the germ. Organic whole and semi-wheat flours are derived from milling grains that have not been treated with synthetic pesticides and are very important for our bodies as a source of raw fiber (bran). Therefore, if you choose a whole grain product, it is best that it comes from organic farming. This type of milling results in a flour that is intermediate between a whole-wheat flour and a type 0 flour.
