“La Pasta” of Rye is made with our rye flour, to enjoy an out-of-the-ordinary, healthy and nutritious pasta as per good Italian tradition, handcrafted, bronze drawn slowly, reaching a maximum temperature of 36 degrees and dried on wooden frames for a full 36 hours.
