This particular blend, which we have been producing for over 10 years, includes the addition of wheat germ, a note to enrich the product with all the properties found in wheat germ: vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Type 0 soft wheat flour, remilled durum wheat semolina and wheat germ

Recommended for:
Suitable for round pizza, pizza by the slice and bread loaves of any size. Rustic taste thanks to durum wheat in the blend.
