We bring to your table an everyday cookie, with a typical shape, crumbly and delicious. Healthy because with organic ingredients such as butter (and not margarine), produced with flours from our biodedicated mill. Typical cookie, but transformed into crumbly cookie, filled with Sicilian almonds and butter of the highest quality.

Ingredients:
Stone-ground type 1 spelt flour, eggs, butter, almonds, almond essential oil, brown sugar and salt

Usage tips:
Can be enjoyed either as an everyday cookie or soaked in wine or coffee. Also excellent served in bowls with chantilly cream or custard
