Antico Molino Rosso presents the Bio Pizza line under a new guise: the entire line has been revised in both content and packaging. The content of the new product increases from 230g to 500g, packaged in a protected atmosphere that allows for a shelf life of 18 months. In addition, we thought that every Italian kitchen never lacks a good tomato puree and oregano, so the new package consists of a bag of Farro flour mixed with instant yeast, which will allow you to reduce preparation time because the pizza rises as it cooks. It is a product created with the aim of satisfying the many intolerances to yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), easy and quick to make, with fully recyclable packaging and an even better price.
Ingredienta:
Spelt white flour, corn starch, cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) and baking soda
BioPizza Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 250°C (480 F). In a bowl pour the BioPizza mix, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 10g of salt and 300ml of water. Mix everything and let rest for 15 minutes. Keep kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and spread it in an oiled pan. Season with tomato purée and bake for 10 minutes. Add the mozzarella and other ingredients to taste and finish cooking for another 5-7 minutes
