We present you the recipe for our fantastic PROTEIN PANCAKES perfect for starting the day with the right amount of energy!
To make them, we used our Organic Protein Flour for pancakes, a unique mix with important nutritional properties: it contains 25% protein!

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of the Energy Protein Pancake semi-finished product"
- 235 g milk (lactose free)
- 70 g of egg white (about 2 egg whites)
- 25 g of raw cane sugar.
(The yeast is already present)
PROCEDURE
pour the Mix Energy Protein Pancake in a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk the egg whites aside. When you reach a foamy mixture add it to the pancake mix, then add the milk (lactose free) by gently stirring with a spatula. Preheat a non-stick pan over moderate heat. Lightly grease the pan with a nut of butter (or oil). With a ladle pour the mixture into the pan forming small discs. When you notice bubbles on the surface turn the pancake upside down and complete cooking. Serve to taste with maple syrup, honey or fruit.
