We present the recipe of our TORTA AL CIOCCOLATO PROTEICA, un dolce biologico e semplice da realizzare, da consumare sia a colazione che a merenda, magari accompagnandolo con un frutto.

INGREDIENTS
- 350 g “Mix Energy Dolce proteico”
- 2 Uova Bio
- 80 g Olio di semi di girasole o 50 g Olio di oliva
- 125 g Zucchero di canna
- 70 g cioccolato fondente
- 240 g acqua
- 1 g Vaniglia
- 70 g a piacimento di mandorle, nocciole o uvetta
PROCEDURE
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the sunflower or olive oil. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add the chocolate and oil to the already whipped mixture and to taste, almonds, hazelnuts or sultanas. Then add the water until the mixture is quite liquid but textured.
Finally, incorporate the protein mixture in steps with the help of a soft spatula or a spoon, making circular movements from the bottom upwards. Pour the mixture into a cake tin (preferably one that can be opened) with a diameter of 26 cm and bake at 180° for about 30 minutes. Check the baking with a wooden toothpick.
Once ready, serve and decorate as desired.
