The gluten free bio course is a unique course, due to its peculiarities. Finally an integral gluten free, without chemical thickeners, finally a biological gluten free with a low glycemic index.
Theory, practice and tasting to learn to knead the FARINE GLUTEN-FREE SPIGABUONA® BREAD, PIZZA, PASTA and DESSERTS from organic farming. Secrets, tricks and method of processing GLUTEN-FREE, SEMINTEGRAL, BIOLOGICAL, GROUNDED WITH STONE AND WITHOUT CHEMICAL THICKENERS.
The course lasts 8 hours: from 9:00 to 17:00.
Moments of a theoretical and practical nature will alternate. The theory will focus on organic agriculture, on gluten-free, on the specific characteristics of the mixtures and on the deepening of the techniques of use. During the practice the participants will work in the dough, in the drafting and in the cooking.
