Organic brioche pan with Aida for bread

The Pan Brioche is a sweet bread, very soft and features a round bouquet.
The ingredients are simple, flour, milk, butter, honey and sugar; we can then give it different shapes such as a braid or a trunk as in our case.
The pluses of Aida for bread

Ingredients:

PROCEDURE:

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, milk and 2 eggs
  2. Combine the sugar and honey while continuing to knead 
  3. Unire l’ultimo uovo ed infine il sale
  4. Help yourself with a spatula to clean the bowl and the wooden spoon well
  5. Knead with your hands until you get a raw and not perfectly bonded dough
  6. Finally add the soft butter a little at a time, mixing with your hands on the work table
  7. Mettere l’impasto in una ciotola leggermente oleata e coprire con della pellicola trasparente
  8. Let it rise at room temperature for about 2-3 hours, until doubled in volume
  9. Rovesciare l’impasto su una spianatoia leggermente infarinata
  10. Suddividere l’impasto in 3 pezzi da 300g ciascuno facendo palline regolari
  11. Put to rise in a bread basket and cover with cling film
  12. Let it rise at room temperature for about 2-3 hours, until doubled in volume
  13. Spennellare la superficie del pane con del latte tiepido, ci aiuterà a rendere la crosta morbida e ben dorata
  14. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 190°C per circa 40 minuti, abbassandolo poi a 170°C dopo i primi 20 minuti di cottura.
