The Pan Brioche is a sweet bread, very soft and features a round bouquet.
The ingredients are simple, flour, milk, butter, honey and sugar; we can then give it different shapes such as a braid or a trunk as in our case.

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder, milk and 2 eggs
  2. Combine the sugar and honey while continuing to knead 
  3. Add the last egg and finally the salt

  5. Knead with your hands until you get a raw and not perfectly bonded dough
  6. Finally add the soft butter a little at a time, mixing with your hands on the work table
  7. Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling film
  8. Let it rise at room temperature for about 2-3 hours, until doubled in volume
  9. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured pastry board
  10. Divide the dough into 3 pieces of 300g each making regular balls
  11. Put to rise in a bread basket and cover with cling film
  12. Let it rise at room temperature for about 2-3 hours, until doubled in volume
  13. Brushing the surface of the bread with warm milk will help make the crust soft and golden
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 40 minutes, then lowering it to 170 ° C after the first 20 minutes of cooking.
