IN THE ORGANIC MARKET: WHO CONTROLS THE CONTROLLERS

The body responsible for checking certification bodies is MIPAAF, or the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.

All the entities that control the work of organic farms are subject to direct control by the Ministry. It is in fact this body that regulates organic laws in Italy, in close correlation with EU regulations.

In fact, it issues the annual data of the sector and checks the correct work of the certification bodies throughout the national territory (ICEA – CCPB). With this in mind, our Company has implemented a very strict self-control system as a Bio company dedicated for about thirty years.

That is, we only deal with Bio and this allows us, unlike companies that produce both conventional and organic, to guarantee greater safety to the customer who buys our flours and our unique blends
