Antico Molino Rosso has always considered quality a fundamental value. This is why this year too, our work is supported by certifications and inspections that demonstrate our ongoing commitment to food safety, organic production, and environmental sustainability.
Organic is at the heart of our philosophy: this is why our commitment is certified by ICEA pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labeling of organic products, a guarantee of control and transparency throughout the entire supply chain, from raw materials to the finished product.
Alongside organic production, Antico Molino Rosso continues to invest in quality and food safety through internationally recognized standards. The CSQA certification body verifies compliance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001, which certifies the effectiveness of the company's quality management system, and the FSSC 22000 standard, the international benchmark for food safety.
In 2026, the Biodiversity Friend certification was renewed, the first standard dedicated to protecting biodiversity in agriculture. Created in 2010 by the World Biodiversity Association, it promotes agricultural practices aimed at conserving ecosystems, soil fertility, and the biological richness of the land.
Gluten-Free Products: Safety and Control
Great attention is also paid to our gluten-free SPIGABUONA products: Antico Molino Rosso operates according to the DTP 108 standard for gluten-free products, adopting specific procedures and controls to guarantee the safety of products intended for those following a gluten-free diet:
- Dedicated and controlled production procedures;
- Safety for the celiac consumer;
- traceability of raw materials;
- Monitoring and checks throughout the production process
This commitment is further strengthened by the collaboration with the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), a national reference point for the protection of celiac patients and for the dissemination of gluten-free culture.
