Follow the recipe of Cuocadè:
INGREDIENTS
- 60 g Organic type 1 flour AIDA FOR SWEETS
- 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 g sugar
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g high oleic sunflower oil
- 3 g baking powder
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla
For the frosting:
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- A few chocolate chips to make the ghost eyes
- 4 parchment paper cupcake liners
- Sac à poche
PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) in static mode Prepare the batter: In a bowl, pour the flour, cocoa, sugar, and sifted baking powder. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Create a well in the center and add the oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Start mixing the liquid ingredients with a fork, then gradually incorporate the flour. Use a spoon to mix better until you get a homogeneous batter.
Fill the cupcake liners halfway and place them in a muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes (the time may vary depending on the size of the liners). Check the baking with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready. Let them cool completely.
Prepare the frosting: While the cupcakes are baking and cooling, combine the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Put the frosting in a piping bag.Once the cupcakes are cool, use the frosting to decorate them in the shape of ghosts. Finish with the chocolate chips to create the eyes.
