Follow the recipe of Cuocadè:

INGREDIENTS

  • 135 g Organic Sweet Mix
  •  90 g sugar
  • 90 g butter
  • Vanilla extract (half teaspoon)
  • 3 apples Golden
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons blond cane sugar
  • Cinnamon q.b.

PROCEDURE

Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Put the apple cubes in a bowl, add lemon juice, cane sugar and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Mix well and let rest while preparing the crumble.in another bowl, combine flour, sugar and cold butter cut into cubes. Add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Work the dough with your hands until you get crumbs.

Pour the apples in a cake pan of 18 cm diameter lined with baking paper, or in a steamed oven dish. Cover the apples with the prepared dough crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, until the surface is golden and crisp.
