Antico Molino Rosso organizes courses of various levels, for the preparation of bread, pizzas and focacce. The training courses for the production of homemade Neapolitan pizza aim to make known the advantages and benefits deriving from organic farming and give the participant a semi-professional method for the preparation of the same.

The course is divided into 3 phases:

  • theory
  • practice
  • tasting

Any cancellation will result in the cost of the entire course. The course to support needs a minimum of 14 members, otherwise we reserve the right to agree on a new date.
