Historic Varieties in the Field 2026
Research and experimentation on organic cereals and heritage varieties will continue in 2026, thanks to the collaboration between the Verona Agricultural Institute, Antico Molino Rosso, and supply chain stakeholders. The project allows for a structured study, selection, and cataloging of the various varieties, with the aim of deepening their agronomic and qualitative characteristics and enhancing their potential.
The experimental fields represent an important opportunity to combine research and field experience, contributing to the protection of biodiversity and the growth of knowledge in the organic cereal sector.
