INGREDIENTS

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 180 g of butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g of Spigabuona gluten-free cake mix flour
  • 20 g of bitter cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon instant baking powder
  • skinned hazelnuts 70 g
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200 ml liquid fresh cream (for decoration)
  • 200 g strawberries (for decoration)

PROCEDURE

Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or bain-marie and then leave to cool. Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric beater until frothy. Combine the eggs with the chocolate and melted butter and mix well. Incorporate the flour, baking powder and bitter cocoa sifted, stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Combine the hazelnuts. VPour the dough into a baking tin (20×20 cm) covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Dfter cooling the cakewhip the cream, cut the brownies and decorate them with a dollop of cream and a strawberry.
