In this recipe we illustrate the preparation of the organic strawberry cake because we are going to use only organic ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 250g organic Aida Dolci flour
- 100g organic cane sugar
- 100g organic sunflower oil
- 100g organic rice milk
- 300g organic strawberries
- Organic citrus peel to taste
- 3 organic eggs
- 16g organic cream of tartar
- 50g organic honey
PROCEDURE:
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until a spongy mass is obtained
- Add the oil slowly while continuing to whip to whip the mixture
- Add the rice milk a little at a time
- Add the flour through a sieve, thus avoiding the formation of lumps in the dough
- Finally add the sifted yeast
- Scent with citrus peel to taste
- Add the strawberries previously cut into cubes
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture into a previously buttered pan
- Decorate the cake with brown sugar
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes
