Aida 2.0 for desserts is our blend of semi-wholemeal flours specifically designed to make soft and delicious desserts.
In this recipe we illustrate the preparation of the organic strawberry cake because we are going to use only organic ingredients.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until a spongy mass is obtained
  2. Add the oil slowly while continuing to whip to whip the mixture
  3. Add the rice milk a little at a time
  4. Add the flour through a sieve, thus avoiding the formation of lumps in the dough
  5. Finally add the sifted yeast
  6. Scent with citrus peel to taste
  7. Add the strawberries previously cut into cubes
  8. Mix well
  9. Pour the mixture into a previously buttered pan
  10. Decorate the cake with brown sugar
  11. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes
  12. Check the cooking with the help of a toothpick
