You only need very few ingredients to make these tasty treats: two delicious biscuits with a soft yoghurt filling, made with our Energy Protein for Sweet, an organic semi-integral mix containing 25% protein!

INGREDIENTS
- 75 g Energy protein Flour for sweets
- 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder;
- 60 ml unsweetened almond milk;
- 30 g creamy hazelnut butter,
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the filling
- 100 g Greek yoghurt 0% natural;
- 100 g di yogurt greco 0% naturale;
PROCEDURES
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, combine the protein flour and cocoa. Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C e foderare una teglia con carta da forno. In una ciotola, unire la farina proteica e il cacao.
Place the baking paper on the work surface, lay the dough on it and use the rolling pin to roll out a sheet about 1 cm thick.
Use a small circular biscuit cutter and cut out biscuits. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat the operation with the leftover dough until you run out. You should have about 40 biscuits. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
Allow to cool on the baking tray completely. Once cold, then fill the protein cookies sandwich-style with the yoghurt and coconut filling and leave them in the fridge for two to three hours.
