INGREDIENTS
- 50 g di Mix Energy Pancake proteico Antico Molino Rosso
- 2 eggs
- One grated golden apple
- Cinnamon powder
- Maple syrup and fresh blueberries (for decoration)
PROCEDURE
In a large bowl, break the eggs, aAdd the grated apple and mix well with a whisk or fork. Add the Protein Pancake Energy Mix and a sprinkling of cinnamon powder. Mix well until smooth.
Heat a non-stick frying pan well over medium-high heat. Pour a ladleful of the mixture into the hot pan and cook for about 15 seconds or until the edges begin to firm up. Turn the pancake with a spatula and cook for another 10-15 seconds on the other side. Repeat the operation until the mixture is exhausted.
Serve the pancakes warm, decorating them with maple syrup and fresh blueberries.
